How we deliver
- 01 A florist makes the bouquet Your exact bouquet — made on the day of delivery, not “similar to the photo”.
- 02 We send a photo You see the finished bouquet before the courier sets off — the photo arrives in our Telegram bot or by email. Not happy with it? We'll redo it.
- 03 We agree the time We call the recipient and ask what time suits them. We don't say it's flowers or who they're from — just a “surprise delivery”.
- 04 We hand it over And send you a message that the bouquet has been delivered.
We won't spoil the surprise. We agree only the time, not the occasion. That's why we never get “we arrived and nobody was home” — and the flowers never wait outside the door.
If the lift isn't working
The courier walks up to the 5th floor. If the flat is higher up, we'll ask the recipient to come down to the 5th floor and hand over the bouquet there.
Collect it yourself
You can collect it from any of our 9 shops in Kyiv — the bouquet will be ready in about 30 minutes. Call or message us and we'll have everything ready.

Payments are processed by WayForPay — a Ukrainian service licensed by Visa and Mastercard.
It's safe
- Card details are entered on the bank's secure page — they never reach our site and are not stored anywhere on our side.
- Every payment is confirmed with 3D Secure — a code from your bank.
- No fees or hidden charges: the cart shows you the final amount.
Why prepayment only
The bouquet is made to order from fresh flowers — once you pay, the florist gets to work straight away. That's why orders are placed with full payment on the site.
If you change your mind
You can cancel as long as we haven't started making the bouquet — and we only start once we've agreed the delivery with the recipient. We'll refund the money to the same card.

Nothing. Delivery in Kyiv is free on any day and in any time slot from 10:00. Early-morning slots cost more: 07:00–08:00 +300 ₴, 08:00–09:00 +200 ₴, 09:00–10:00 +150 ₴.
The surprise stays. We only ask what time suits them and say it's a “surprise delivery” — we don't say that it's flowers or who they're from. In return, the bouquet is sure to end up in their hands instead of waiting outside the door or wilting at the neighbours'.
Yes. Just tick this in the order — and the courier won't reveal who the bouquet is from, even if asked.
Yes, always. Before the courier sets off, we'll send a photo of the finished bouquet — to our Telegram bot if you're registered there, or to the email given in the order. If something isn't right, we'll redo it before it goes out.

No. Orders are placed with full card payment on the site — that way the florist starts making the bouquet straight away. Companies can pay by bank transfer by arrangement.
Yes — you choose the date and time slot right in the order. If you need a morning delivery, pick the matching window: 07:00–08:00 (+300 ₴), 08:00–09:00 (+200 ₴) or 09:00–10:00 (+150 ₴). ⚠️ We make morning bouquets the evening before, so we accept these orders until 20:00 the day before.
