Yes, if the order is placed before 20:00, we'll deliver it the same day by 22:00. Most orders are delivered about 2 hours after payment. Delivery in Kyiv — every day from 7:00 to 22:00.
How much is a bouquet?
Bouquets in the catalogue start from 1 350 ₴. Each bouquet's price is shown on its page, and delivery in Kyiv is free. The catalogue has selections by budget: up to 2 500 ₴, from 2 500 to 4 000 ₴ and from 4 000 ₴.
How much is delivery?
Within Kyiv from 10:00 — free. Morning delivery is paid: 07:00–08:00 +300 ₴, 08:00–09:00 +200 ₴, 09:00–10:00 +150 ₴ (we accept these orders until 20:00 the day before — we make the bouquet the evening before). Outside the city there's a surcharge: Borshchahivka +100 ₴, Boiarka and Vyshneve +220 ₴, Irpin, Bucha, Brovary, Boryspil, Vyshhorod +330 ₴, Obukhiv +550 ₴.
Can I order in advance, for a specific date?
Yes. You choose the delivery date and time right in the order. We accept morning deliveries (from 7:00 to 10:00) until 20:00 the day before — we make these bouquets the evening before.
Can you deliver at an exact time?
We deliver within the window you choose in the order: in the daytime it's two hours long (for example, 12:00–14:00), in the morning — one hour (07:00–08:00, 08:00–09:00 or 09:00–10:00). Before setting off, we agree a convenient time with the recipient.
Will the bouquet look like the photo?
Before delivery, we'll always send you a photo of the finished bouquet. Slight differences in shade or bud shape are natural for fresh flowers and don't affect the arrangement as a whole or its beauty.
Will the recipient know it's from me?
We always agree the time with the recipient, but we don't say that it's flowers or who they're from — for them it's a “surprise delivery”. You can also tick “anonymously” in the order.
How do I pay?
By card on the site — full prepayment via WayForPay. No cash to the courier. Companies can pay by bank transfer by arrangement.

Is the greeting card free?
Yes. You write the card text in the order, and the florist writes it out by hand. We also add care tips and flower food to every bouquet.
Can I add balloons, sweets or a toy?
Yes, in the cart you can add balloons, sweets or a soft toy to the bouquet. Balloons can also be ordered on their own, while sweets and toys are only delivered together with flowers.
Do you have 101 roses, flower boxes and fruit baskets?
Yes, the catalogue has separate sections: “101 roses”, “51 roses”, “Roses in a box”, “Flower boxes”, “Fruit baskets”.
How can I find out what's happening with my order?
We message you at every step: when the order is accepted, when the bouquet is ready (with a photo), when the courier sets off and when the bouquet is delivered. If you're in our Telegram bot, we write there; if not, to the email given in the order.
What if something is wrong with the bouquet?
Write to us within 24 hours of delivery and attach 1–3 photos. We'll review your request within 24 hours and, as agreed with you, replace the bouquet, make another one of the same value or refund your money. We pay for delivering the replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Until the bouquet has been made, we refund the full amount. If the bouquet has already been made — the amount minus 5%: this is the turnover tax we have already paid. We start making the bouquet only after we've agreed the delivery time with the recipient.
Do you have discounts?
Yes: −5% on all orders for those registered in our Telegram bot. Signing up takes 30 seconds, and the discount is applied in the cart automatically — by the phone number you gave in the bot.
How we deliver flowers across Kyiv
We deliver flowers all over Kyiv every day from 7:00 to 22:00. Delivery is free in any window from 10:00, and an order placed before 20:00 is delivered the same day — usually about two hours after payment.
The bouquets are made by the florists of our 9 shops — in Pozniaky, Lisovyi, Livoberezhna and Obolon. Before the courier sets off, we send you a photo of the finished bouquet, and we agree a convenient time with the recipient without saying it's flowers or naming the sender. We also deliver outside the city — Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Boiarka, Vyshneve, Irpin, Bucha, Brovary, Boryspil, Vyshhorod and Obukhiv: you see the surcharge before you pay.
