Delivery in Kyiv — daily from 7:00 to 22:00. Free from 10:00 to 22:00; in the early morning (7:00–10:00) a separate rate applies. The suburbs have their own rates. Before delivery, we'll always send you a photo of the finished bouquet. Slight differences in shade or bud shape are natural for fresh flowers and don't affect the arrangement as a whole or its beauty.

We agree the delivery time with the recipient, so the bouquet always arrives at the right moment. We don't say it's flowers and we don't name the sender. If you like, you can choose anonymous delivery — then your name stays a secret.

That won't happen. Before delivery we contact the recipient and agree a convenient time, without revealing that it's flowers or who they're from. So the bouquet reaches them at exactly the right moment. Once it's handed over, we'll message you that the bouquet has been delivered.
