Frequently asked questions
Can you make it today?
Yes, if the order is placed before 20:00, we'll deliver it the same day by 22:00. Most orders are delivered about 2 hours after payment. Delivery in Kyiv — every day from 7:00 to 22:00.
Will the bouquet look like the photo?
Before delivery, we'll always send you a photo of the finished bouquet. Slight differences in shade or bud shape are natural for fresh flowers and don't affect the arrangement as a whole or its beauty.
Can I collect it myself?
Yes, from any of our 9 shops. The bouquet will be ready in about 30 minutes — just call us to arrange.
