Orders placed by 20:00 Kyiv time are delivered the same day, usually about 2 hours after payment.
20:00 in Kyiv is usually 19:00 in Warsaw and Berlin, 18:00 in London and 13:00 in New York and Toronto.

Delivery within Kyiv is free. Suburbs have a surcharge, which you’ll see before you pay.

Can I pay with a foreign card?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard from Ukrainian and foreign banks, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is charged in hryvnias, and if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
What if my bank declines the payment?
Message us on Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp and we’ll suggest another way to pay.
Does the recipient pay the courier anything?
No. Orders are paid in full on the site, and cash payment to the courier isn’t possible.
What if I don’t know the address?
Enter the recipient’s name and phone number and tick “Agree address and time with the recipient”. We’ll call them ourselves without saying it’s flowers or who they’re from.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes, tick “Anonymous delivery” and we won’t say who the flowers are from.
How will I know the bouquet has been delivered?
We’ll send a photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves, then a message once it’s delivered. These come via Telegram if you’re in our bot, or by email.
